QDF Auditions & Designer Showcases
Quebec English Theatre Showcase (QETS)
Every year, QDF collaborates with professional English theatre companies to organize the Quebec English Theatre Showcase (QETS), a collective general audition and designer showcase. CAEA actors, non-CAEA actors, and designers have the opportunity to audition or present in front of a panel of professional and independent artistic directors. More information becomes available closer to the time of the event, usually in December. Stay tuned!
Grad Showcase
QDF’s annual Grad Showcase is an opportunity for graduating students in the acting and design streams of recognized theatre institutions to showcase their growth, learning and talent. Graduating students from John Abbott College, Dawson College, the National Theatre School, Concordia University, and Bishop's University are eligible, and graduating students from recognized francophone institutions that would like to work in English are also welcome to register. More information becomes available closer to the time of the event, usually in March-April. Stay tuned!
